46 Teams showed up for the 4th event of the season today on a rescheduled event from the wind advisory cancellation from yesterday.
Lake Mohave might soon be nicknamed the best smallmouth lake in the west if we keep seeing results like we did today.
Of the 46 teams that left the dock this morning 14 teams came back with weights of over 20lbs.
With another 10 teams weighing 18 to 19.99 lbs.
There were 3 Smallmouth of 6lbs or better weighed in, and another dozen or more 5+ lbs fish weighed in.
Ron Raynor & Matt Raynor topped the scales with a limit of smallmouth weighing 23.68 to take home first place and $3111 in winnings.

The April 21st event will be paying out $500 for the heaviest limit of largemouth caught, as there was no limit of largemouth caught at this event.

I appreciate everyone’s patience today while we had a few technical problems, like both of of our scales taking a shit on us today. Fortunately we only had a few more teams to weighin and were able to finish up using a MLF hand held scale. Fun times, indeed!
